FREE Design Services
We offer free design services to all of our customers within our showroom. Our experience ranges from small DIY home projects to full-scale home remodels so when it comes to tile, we can help complete your space and take you in the right direction with the perfect design. With so many choices on the market these days, it can be helpful to get a second opinion on your project. Come visit us today to see how we might be able to help you.

FREE Samples
When designing your project it's important to see it in your space before ordering. With all of the color combinations, lighting differences, and the array of choices available to you, we feel that taking samples home or to the project site will help in the decision making process. We stock most samples at our Ventura showroom and we can order up any additional samples needed that we don't have readily available. If you are needing full sheets of decorative mosaics then charges may be incurred, but in most cases we release samples to our customers for free.
Onsite Deliveries
To make it easier on both contractors and customers we offer onsite deliveries for larger orders at a competitive rate. Once all material is at our Ventura warehouse, we will pack and prepare your order and have it delivered directly to the jobsite. Since the company that we use has a mobile forklift they are able to place the pallets at your location of choice. Typically curbside, driveways, and side areas are common locations, but other areas might be possible if approved by the driver. We'll Match Your Tile
Doing a repair, continuation, or just trying to match the same look from an old project? Bring us all the information that you have on the old material and we'll do our best to find a match. Due to the ever changing market of home improvement, tile lines discontinue every few years making it nearly impossible to find the exact same tile on your own. But with our limitless resources and connections, we are pretty good at finding out if the tile is still available, if someone has stock of discontinued material, or a line that might come so close it wouldn't be noticed by the naked eye. Either way, we're here for you so give us a try and come visit our Ventura showroom when you're ready.
Installation & Maintenance Advice
While we always recommend consulting a licensed contractor before taking on a large project, we are here to help answer general installation and maintenance questions. We realize that most DIY projects are too small to get a professional contractor involved so we are more than happy to offer advice on installing and caring for tile. Whether you are trying to decide between mastic or thinset, what size trowel to use, how to properly clean your surface, or what sealer is best suited for your needs, our friendly staff is available to help.
